Tami Roman Gives 'Wives' Producers An Ultimatum

The drama continues. After their big fight aired in last week’s episode of “Basketball Wives”, Tami Roman and Meeka Claxton have been in a war of words in the media. Now Tami is throwing what may be the final blow by telling TMZ.com that if Meeka returns to the show, she will not.

Here’s a quick recap: On Monday night’s episode Tami punched Meeka in the face during their Italian ladies getaway. After the episode aired, news broke that Meeka filed a lawsuit against Tami for assault. The pair exchanged subtle blows back and forth through Twitter and interviews throughout the week, going back and forth over who’s truly to blame for their unladylike altercation. Tami claims she was merely defending herself against Meeka and her law suit has zero merit.

Either way, Tami’s feed up with Meeka and all the drama. She has promised to go to anger management next season if she’s on the show, but fans won’t get a chance to see Tami clean up her act if Meeka’s still around.

"I will NOT work with someone who is suing me, when they know what this situation is all about,” Tami tells TMZ.com. “I want to be clear, if she returns in any way, form or fashion I do not plan on participating."

Uh-oh. Tami has one of the larger fan bases among the ladies on the show, while Meeka is still a fairly new cast member with less popularity. Both have made nonstop headlines since the fight aired. This will likely be a very tough decision for the show’s producers to make. We wonder what Shaunie O’Neal, the show’s creator and producer, will have to say about this one since she’s and Tami are also very close friends.

Canton, OH Officer suspended / Police officer losing all self-control during traffic stop

On June 8, 2011 the following unfortunate arrest took place in Canton, OH. Notifying the policy when you have a firearm is required by Ohio Law, but when this individual with a thirty-day old license tries to do that he is repeatedly ordered to look away, shut up, or interrupted and "forced" to change what he is speaking about by the actions of an aggressive cop who maintains verbal control of the situation.

A two man car dealing with three people put itself at risk when one officer started what appears to be an illegal search of the rear of the car without extracting or securing the driver - which would have given him an opportunity to notify.

What follows is horrific example of a police officer losing all self-control, threatening to beat the female, threatening to beat the driver and eventually saying he should have executed him "and wouldn't have lost any sleep over it" that night.

Breaking News "legalize marijuana"

Reports:

The race is on and it looks as if Missouri might be the 15^th state to legalize marijuana! Recently New Jersey passed marijuana legislation making it the 14^th state in the nation allowing doctors to recommend marijuana for medical use. The Missouri bill was read for the second time on Tuesday and hasn’t yet been assigned to a committee.

A house republican, family physician Rep. Rob Schaaf, R-St. Joseph, is one of the fifteen co-sponsors of the bill. Authors of the legislation are seeking to change laws regarding the classification of marijuana as a controlled substance and allow its use as medicine. Schaaf is also a member of the House’s Health Care Policy Committee.

“We owe it to our terminally ill patients to provide the most effective treatment,” said Schaaf.

Rep. Kate Meiners, D-Jackson County, is also sponsoring the bill. Last year, Meiners submitted the bill but it didn’t progress very far as it was effectively killed by not receiving a committee hearing. If the bill does pass, this time around, the issue will go before Missouri voters in November of 2011

 What a punk b%&#h move. Meeka Claxton is suing her co-star Tami Roman for assault and battery that took place on May 15.  The lawsuit stems from the fight we all saw on hit TV show Basketball Wives. Last night the show aired on Vh1 and the girls where in Italy. The whole time Tami had been fronting Meeka out about things. Now we all saw the show last night. Well Meeka  claims Tami Roman beat her to a pulp in an Italian nightclub and is now suing. TMZ reports:  the lawsuit, filed in New York, stated Tami "assaulted, battered, beat, threatened, menaced, attacked, jumped on, pushed to the ground, thrashed, punched, and shoved" Meeka ... causing her serious injury.

Meeka wants Tami to cough up unspecified damages, claiming the incident cost her a day of filming -- and put her through an emotional and physical hell. 

 

I think Meeka had it coming. She just wanted to been down with Evelyn, Jen & Shaunie so bad. And Suzie she kills me. That bitch really talk to much.  Hi my name is "Bleep" and I'm an Alcoholic.... It's sad but true for many people. Including me. I have recently faced the fact that I am an alcoholic. This was and is something for me that is very hard to face. And I want to talk about it because alcohol is such a common, popular element in many activities, it can be hard to see when your drinking has crossed the line. The first step is to know what and Alcoholic is. Alcoholic- Alcoholism is the addiction to or dependency upon drinking excessive amounts of alcoholic beverages. The second is to admit it. I consume alcohol simply to feel good, or to avoid feeling bad and stress. I suffer from anxiety, depression and my drinking has become problematic. I use alcohol to self-medicate. I associate my self closely with heavy drinkers who also are alcoholic.  Who also is or maybe suffering from stress and is more likely to develop drinking problems if they don't already have one. I had developed a unhealthy compulsive and uncontrolled consumption of alcohol. The Third step understanding the problem and overcoming it.
Alcoholism and alcohol abuse are due to many interconnected factors, including genetics, how you were raised, your social environment, and your emotional health. Women who deal with depression and anxiety attacks are at a higher risk to alcohol abuse. The same applies to women with a genetic predisposition to addiction, alcohol affects them more intensely, the ‘high’ comes sooner and they hardly suffer from hangovers. Another pitfall for women are ones who have many responsibilities. And this sometime puts them under immense pressure. Due to a combination of work and family is one of the increased cause of alcohol abuse by women. Many women tend to make themselves available to others and forget themselves in doing that. At the end of a work day alcohol becomes the solution to their stress and a way to relax.

What made me wake up? It's really kind of crazy but it was a man. I met this guy and I liked him so much. He was so right for me I thought. And one day  he said something to me about being drunk. I'm thinking I'm not drunk, but I was. He made it very clear that if I was drunk not to call him. At first I was like who is this guy telling me not to drink. But when I saw he was for real. At that point I was like okay let me get my self together. You know what I couldn't stop, I couldn't stop drinking. As bad as I wanted to, talk to him or be with him I couldn't stop drink just to kick it with him for a day. And he made it's very clear that if I had been drink not to call. Damn for real this man won't talk to me cause I've been drinking. It got me to thinking. But of course it didn't last long.  But then shit in my life started falling apart and I was starting to see it. Really it has been happening for a while. I was just starting see it myself. But of course I played it down. And what do you know I met another man and he said "you get drunk like you a little kid" and didn't want to fuck with me for real. So now I'm like okay what the fuck is going on. I can't get a man? And it hit me I am a "Alcoholic" I cried and cried thinking about everything I've done and all the people I have hurt. Most of all my kids. For 2 weeks I cried and decided to deal with everything I've been running away from, it was ugly. I then deiced I was done drinking and realized I couldn't stop. Then I got sick. I was like what the fuck. So I looked it up on online.

Here's yet another reason to be careful of what you share on Facebook -- the Feds could be checking you out. An internal Justice Departm

ent document obtained by the Electronic Frontier Foundation reveals that U.S. law enforcement agents have been logging onto social networking sites in the name of crime fighting.

According to the 33-page presentation (PDF), which was obtained by the EFF through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, federal agents can use social networking sites to gather valuable information from and about suspects. The following information is listed as being useful evidence that can be gathered from social networking sites:

• Reveal personal communications
• Establish motives and personal relationships
• Provide location information
• Prove and disprove alibis
• Establish crime or criminal enterprise

The document gives a brief overview of four popular social networking sites (Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, and LinkedIn) and how information can be obtained from them. Facebook, for example, is "often cooperative with emergency requests," while Twitter "will not preserve data without legal process," while LinkedIn can be used to "identify experts" even though its "use for criminal communication appears limited."

Such undercover networking could be an issue for the Justice Department, however, as it was the Justice Department who prosecuted Missouri resident Lori Drew in 2008 for using a fake identity on Myspace. Drew created a fake Myspace account and used it to torment one of her daughter's schoolmates. The schoolmate eventually committed suicide after receiving a message from the fake account, which said that the world would be a better place without her.

Drew received three misdemeanor convictions, which were eventually dismissed by a judge.

The document asks, regarding the Drew case, "If agents violate terms of service, is that 'otherwise illegal activity'?" but does not answer the question.

While the news that U.S. law enforcement agents are wrapped up in Facebook and Myspace (just like the rest of us) is not anything new, the release of this document does pose some questions. Undercover agency work has been around forever -- but there's a limit to how "undercover" one can go in the real world, as opposed to online. As the Associated Press points out, in the real world a federal agent wouldn't be able to impersonate your best friend, spouse, or parent -- but online, they can.

Of course, the fact that the federal government is taking social networking seriously could actually work in your favor -- after all, there has been at least one instance in which charges were dropped because of a Facebook status update.

The many people who loved her music are devastated, the guess here is that few of them are surprised. Their worst fears have been affirmed. Janis Winehouse, Amy's mother was quoted by the The Sunday Mirrror saying she believed it was "only a matter of time" before her daughter would died. Winehouse's death, at 27, climaxes a near-decade of meteoric success and willful self-destruction.  The rhythm-and-blues music that enchanted millions and the dismal, exasperating public spectacle she made of herself in tabloids and onstage.  As this is being written, no one is saying for certain how or why Amy died. "Unexplained," has been a way of rejecting speculation that she died from a drug overdose. While  her family mourned the loss of "a wonderful daughter, sister, niece." The rest of the world mourn the lost of one of its most passionately soulful voices.

Addiction is a horrible thing I know, Im currently battling alcohol addiction now. Amy however had alcohol & drug addiction. And was in Rehab a number of times even had a song called Rehab. It is no surprise this young lady is dead. She was an rich drug & alcohol addict. I listen to an interview with Dr. Drew and he said "people who are addicted to Opium it is only a matter of time before they die".

Catherine Kieu Becker the Southern California woman accused of cutting off her husband's penis and throwing it into a garbage disposal, was continued Friday to September 23 at the request of her public defender.
Orange County Superior Court Judge Debra Carrillo also set bail at $1 million for Becker, 48, who had been held without bail since her arrest this month. She is charged with torture and aggravated mayhem. Though she speaks English, a translator spoke to her in Vietnamese during the court proceedings. Her husband underwent emergency surgery at UC Irvine Medical Center, authorities said. He has since returned home.

Gunman screams 'I'm going to kill you all'

The CNN Wire Staff reports a shooting on Norway's Utoya Island where a man kills 80 people. Survivor Adrian Pracon was able to give police the clearest detail of the shooting attack at the ruling Labour Party's youth camp. The attack came shortly after an explosion killed seven others in Oslo, Norway.

"Me and two others were laying down and survived because of the bodies we could hang on to and pretend that we are dead," "I could feel his breath," "I could hear his boots."  said Adrian Pracon.
Norwegian television and newspaper reports have identified the suspect in the attacks as 32-year-old Anders Behring Breivik. There were 700 teens and young adults attending the camp gathered in a large meeting room where camp organizers were sharing information about the bombing in Olso when the police officer asked if he could address the group, Adrian said."We, of course, allowed him to come" in and address the group.  It was then, the man started shooting. Adrian says, everyone panic and as the chaos went on some campers ran from the shooter, while others went towards the man because they believed it was a drill or a test. The man (Anders Behring Breivik) told campers he was there to carry out a security check

Florida taxpayers get legal bill for Casey Anthony not guilty verdict

Casey Anthony's defense team has billed the state of Florida over $147,000. It has been reported that the state has already paid $118,847.75 of that bill and refused to pay $12,000 of other cost the defense has tallied up. Note: None of the money paid by the state of Florida will pay any of the defense attorneys' salaries. "Are you for real"

Deadly heat all across the US has people running for water. Meteorologist say they don't see a break in the heat no time soon. From the Midwest to the East Coast  temperatures are in the double digits. It's 104 in Boston! Damn,  Boston... Really 104 in the Northeast!
     Here in the Kansas City, MO the good old Midwest it's said to be mostly sunny today. Very hot! Heat index near 105F. High near 100F. OMG! I knew it was hot cause I just saw the Devil standing on the bus stop with aw popsicle trying to stay cool. SMH  So in other words stay yo ass in the house! Lol Or deep down in a "Ice Cold Pool" Damn that sound good just saying it.

Woman accused of cutting off husband's penis to be arraigned

OMG!!! CNN reports that a California woman has been accused of cutting off her husband's penis and throwing it into a garbage disposal!! Catherine Becker put a drug or poison in her husband's dinner Monday evening to make him sleepy. Prosecutors said that Catherine and her husband argued about friends staying at their Garden Grove residence. After he falls asleep Catherine allegedly tied her husband to the bed waited for him to wake up and off with his "Pecker". But this is the killer part! She threw it into the garbage disposal, and turned it on! And get this part she said he deserved it. Men you better " Treat dem like a lady"
