Tami Roman Gives 'Wives' Producers An Ultimatum

The drama continues. After their big fight aired in last week’s episode of “Basketball Wives”, Tami Roman and Meeka Claxton have been in a war of words in the media. Now Tami is throwing what may be the final blow by telling TMZ.com that if Meeka returns to the show, she will not.

Here’s a quick recap: On Monday night’s episode Tami punched Meeka in the face during their Italian ladies getaway. After the episode aired, news broke that Meeka filed a lawsuit against Tami for assault. The pair exchanged subtle blows back and forth through Twitter and interviews throughout the week, going back and forth over who’s truly to blame for their unladylike altercation. Tami claims she was merely defending herself against Meeka and her law suit has zero merit.

Either way, Tami’s feed up with Meeka and all the drama. She has promised to go to anger management next season if she’s on the show, but fans won’t get a chance to see Tami clean up her act if Meeka’s still around.

"I will NOT work with someone who is suing me, when they know what this situation is all about,” Tami tells TMZ.com. “I want to be clear, if she returns in any way, form or fashion I do not plan on participating."

Uh-oh. Tami has one of the larger fan bases among the ladies on the show, while Meeka is still a fairly new cast member with less popularity. Both have made nonstop headlines since the fight aired. This will likely be a very tough decision for the show’s producers to make. We wonder what Shaunie O’Neal, the show’s creator and producer, will have to say about this one since she’s and Tami are also very close friends.

Now she came on the show jeffin with Shaunie, Evelyn and Jen thinking she could talk shit and talk about Tami behind her back to Evelyn. Bitch they don't like you! Canton, OH Officer suspended / Police officer losing all self-control during traffic stop

On June 8, 2011 the following unfortunate arrest took place in Canton, OH. Notifying the policy when you have a firearm is required by Ohio Law, but when this individual with a thirty-day old license tries to do that he is repeatedly ordered to look away, shut up, or interrupted and "forced" to change what he is speaking about by the actions of an aggressive cop who maintains verbal control of the situation.

A two man car dealing with three people put itself at risk when one officer started what appears to be an illegal search of the rear of the car without extracting or securing the driver - which would have given him an opportunity to notify.

What follows is horrific example of a police officer losing all self-control, threatening to beat the female, threatening to beat the driver and eventually saying he should have executed him "and wouldn't have lost any sleep over it" that night.



I saw this story on CNN today.  This stuff is crazy.... Now people see what black folks go through when we get stop by the cops.

Breaking News "legalize marijuana"

The race is on and it looks as if Missouri might be the 15^th state to legalize marijuana! Recently New Jersey passed marijuana legislation making it the 14^th state in the nation allowing doctors to recommend marijuana for medical use. The Missouri bill was read for the second time on Tuesday and hasn’t yet been assigned to a committee.

A house republican, family physician Rep. Rob Schaaf, R-St. Joseph, is one of the fifteen co-sponsors of the bill. Authors of the legislation are seeking to change laws regarding the classification of marijuana as a controlled substance and allow its use as medicine. Schaaf is also a member of the House’s Health Care Policy Committee.

“We owe it to our terminally ill patients to provide the most effective treatment,” said Schaaf.

Rep. Kate Meiners, D-Jackson County, is also sponsoring the bill. Last year, Meiners submitted the bill but it didn’t progress very far as it was effectively killed by not receiving a committee hearing. If the bill does pass, this time around, the issue will go before Missouri voters in November of 2011
