Woman accused of cutting off husband's penis to be arraigned

OMG!!! CNN reports that a California woman has been accused of cutting off her husband's penis and throwing it into a garbage disposal!! Catherine Becker put a drug or poison in her husband's dinner Monday evening to make him sleepy. Prosecutors said that Catherine and her husband argued about friends staying at their Garden Grove residence. After he falls asleep Catherine allegedly tied her husband to the bed waited for him to wake up and off with his "Pecker". But this is the killer part!
